15mL, 30mL, & 50mL Centrifuge Tubes
Our 15mL, 30mL, and 50mL centrifuge tubes are made of premium polypropylene for clarity and centrifugal strength. Tubes and caps may be frozen at temperatures as low as -86˚C. The maximum centrifugal force is 12,000×g for the 15mL tubes, 7,000xg for the 30mL and 50mL skirted tubes, and 15,000×g for the conical 50mL tubes*. Caps have a flat top surface for easy marking and labeling. C2605 and C2630 feature a ‘skirted’ bottom that allows the tubes to stand upright without a separate test tube rack. The C2600 series of centrifuge tubes, self-standing or not, are leak-proof to 95 kPa/14psi. For users filling tubes in large quantities, non-sterile bulk options with separately packaged caps are available in 15mL (C2601-B) and 50mL (C2603-B) capacities.

25mL Centrifuge Tubes
MTC Bio’s 25mL tube is the newest addition to our family of screw cap conical tubes. Closing the obvious gap between 15mL and 50mL tubes, they are ideal for any application that requires more than 15mL and less than 50mL, including midipreps, general sample prep, centrifugation, mixing and storage. Aside from the reduction in freight costs, storage space and plastic waste, the 33% reduced height and large diameter design (which is identical to 50mL tubes) allows for faster re-suspension of pellets and 100% recovery of small samples. Concerns about cross-contamination (a frequent result of accidental contact between the pipette and the inner wall of a 15mL tube) are eliminated by the hood-friendly, low profile, wide diameter format. Additionally, the tubes have a 360° support rim, just below the cap. Similar to 1.5mL tubes, this rim allows the tube to fit into most racks, blocks, shields and rotors without requiring adapters. Made of high clarity polypropylene, MTC Bio 25mL conical tubes can withstand up to 17,000×g maximum RCF* and are supplied sterile, certified RNase, DNase and pyrogen free and packed in racks or bags of 25 tubes with screw caps attached.

This cardboard PCR freezer box are a compact and convenient way to store your PCR materials in freezers, fridges, or general storage.It has a 96-slot capacity to fit individual PCR tubes, 8-strips, 12-strips or a non-skirted PCR plate.
This freezer box is designed with an attached hinged lid that comes with a printed alphanumeric grid and large marking area. The box also features drainage slots on both sides for LN2 applications.

This unique new freezer box has been designed to maximize storage capacity for PCR tubes.
With 196 wells on each level, it can accommodate 392 individual 0.1mL or 0.2mL tubes. For strip tubes, the box handles 40 strips of 8 or 28 strips of 12.
The top level is a cardboard tray with two finger grips that allow easy access to the lower level. The two level system doubles the capacity while keeping the total box height under 2 inches (51mm) and assuring a good fit in standard height stainless steel racks.
CoolCaddy™ PCR WorkStation
CoolCaddy™ keeps your reagents and samples cool on the lab bench without using crushed ice. Simply store your CoolCaddy™ overnight in any standard freezer and it’s ready to hold temperatures between 2° and 4°C for up to 5 hours. Tubes, plates, strips and multi-channel reservoir solutions can all be kept cool while you perform your experiments.

Cryogenic Boxes with Hinged Lid
These ultra-low temperature storage boxes are designed to hold 1.2mL to 2.0mL cryogenic storage vials. An excellent and long-lasting replacement for cardboard boxes, they are fully autoclavable and can withstand temperatures ranging from -196° to +121°C. They are compatible with all standard 5.25 inch (133mm) freezer racks. Clear lids are hinged and have printed indexing for sample identification purposes.

MTC Bio is pleased to announce the launch of its new EmbryoGuard™ line of Mouse Embryo Assay (MEA) tested laboratory tubes, available in 5mL, 14mL, 15mL, and 50mL sizes. MTC Bio’s 5mL MacroTube® Cardboard Freezer Boxes are made of recyclable material, with a liquid-resistant outer coating. They are shipped fully assembled and are available in a 5×5 version that holds 25×5mL Snap-Cap tubes or a 6×6 version that holds 36×5mL Screw-Cap tubes. Each box has liquid nitrogen drainage slots and numbered grid markings in almost every conceivable location (top, bottom, sides, etc.).

Pure•Amp™ 0.2mL PCR Plates are designed to be compatible with most popular thermal cyclers. In particular, P9602-N is compatible with ABI™, GENEAMP™, ABI Prism®, Bio-Rad, MJ Research™ and Eppendorf®. All Pure•Amp™ plates are held to very tight dimensional tolerances with ultra-thin walls for optimal thermal transfer.
Sep-R-8™ (P9602-N-T) Breakable PCR plates can be broken down into strips of eight tubes for greater control over sample quantity and reduced waste.
Pure•Amp™ 0.1mL Low Profile Plates are compatible with popular qPCR instruments. Semi-skirted plates are available in natural or white (for improved fluorescence reflectivity) and the raised rim version is supplied in clear/natural. Precision manufactured and uniform ultra-thin walls allow for rapid heat transfer and consistent amplification results.
Pure•Amp™ 384-well qPCR plates are fully skirted with the appropriate notches to work with most automation platforms. They are also offered in natural/clear and opaque white for greater fluorescence reflectivity.
